New plants in the Gardens for this year.
Here is a list of new plants for 2006.

1. Podophyllum-Kaleidoscope - breathtaking and exotic. No one will have seen anything like it. Survived two winters in Niagara.

2. Heachera - Peach Flambe -Peach coloured leaves to hot for words. Vigorous.

3. Heuchera Sparkling Burgundy. If you like Pinot noir you may like this little burgundy.

4. Hosta-T.Rex. Largest leaves yet. 75 cm tall

5. Agastache- Black adder If you liked the TV show how can you resist the drought resistant long blooming with large purple spikes and smokey blooms

6. Hosta Olive Bailly Langdon...Big

7. Geranium Orion - Deep purple violet blooms go on for many weeks.

8. Delphiniums New millennium mix especially Dusky Maidens ???

9. Sambucus -Black lace intense black Purple foliage, finely cut similar to a japanese maple but tough and hardy.

10. Bamboo Black Jade,Asian Wonder and Green Panda all are supposed to be clumping and not invasive.

Highlights from 2004
An Orange Echinacea (Coneflower) called "Orange Meadowbrite" has been developed recently. It is the result of a seven year project by the Chicago Botanical Gardens. It is now commecially available.

We will have it in stock for the spring! The first time it is offered in Canada.
